Parkour (Urban Gymnastics)
Ages: 5 years and up
Parkour is a physical discipline and non-competitive activity which focuses on efficient movement around obstacles. The main purpose of the discipline is to teach participants how to move through their environment by vaulting, rolling, running, climbing, and leaping.
20 Mile is an ideal environment for learning Parkour, equipped as it is with spring-floors, trampolines, mats and experienced spotters. Our classes place an emphasis on wall-flips and runs, Kong vaults and conditioning, and are suitable for beginner-intermediate level enthusiasts.
